Soy Sauce

I'm ecstatic to have found Belvoir Farms soda and cordial. I can't even drink regular soda, let alone the mess they made of it with the sugar tax and artificial sweeteners, but I can do most of the juice based sodas. I'm in love with their ginger!

We have recently re-acquired an old soda siphon from my husband's dad's house, and we have a bunch of CO2 cartridges at the ready.  We'll be making our own fizzy drinks as soon as we get the thing cleaned/sterilized after its years in storage.  (It might've been easier to just buy a new one.)

I looked at a sodastream but I'm perfectly content buying fizzy spring water and adding cordial or juice vs adding another kitchen appliance.

Ours is just a soda siphon... think 1970s bars.  Just the little bottle that takes CO2 cartridges.  Very kitsch.
