NDRS and JCAP

Hi everyone,

I have my appointment for NDRS and JCAP next week.
I was wondering, for the JCAP part of the application, do I need to fill out a paper form or can I apply for the passport online and take the declaration to my NDRS appointment?

It needs to be the paper form.  :)
