At the moment, it looks like you only have 5 months of payslips, not 6 months, which will not meet the requirements for the visa.

Basically, if you can post the exact dates printed on your payslips, we can help you work out which ones you need to include.
- if they only say the actual pay date/the end of the pay period (i.e. 30th of the month), then you will need to include the April payslip and bank statement as well (or perhaps even the March one too, depending on the dates)
- if they specify the entire month (i.e. 1st to 30th of the month), then you may be okay with just the May payslip... but then technically, you would be 1 day short of the requirement (i.e. April 30th isn't covered), so you'd be safer sending the April one too.

So, my advice, given no other info:
Include 7 months of payslips and bank statements regardless:
- April 30th to Oct 30th for the payslips
- April 11th to present for the bank statements

But be prepared to also include the March payslip and bank statement, depending on the dates printed on the payslips.

Okay thank you and @jfkimberly !

Payslips:

I have March and Aprils printed so I will list them below and what they say:

1. March - Pay Period - (01/03/2018 - 31/03/2018 ) Tax Month 12 - Payment Date 26/03/2018 - Entered account 26th March 2018

2. April - Pay Period - (01/04/2018 - 30/04/2018 ) Tax Month 1 - Payment Date 26/04/2018 - Entered account 26th April 2018

3. May - Pay Period - (01/05/2018 - 31/05/2018 ) Tax Month 2 - Payment Date 26/05/2018 - Entered account 30th May 2018

4. June - Pay Period - (01/06/2018 - 30/06/2018 ) Tax Month 3 - Payment Date 26/06/2018 - Entered account 3rd July 2018

5. July - Pay Period - (01/07/2018 - 31/07/2018 ) Tax Month 4 - Payment Date 26/07/2018 - Entered account 26th July 2018

6. August - Pay Period - (01/08/2018 - 31/08/2018 ) Tax Month 5 - Payment Date 26/08/2018 - Entered account 29th August 2018

7. September - Pay Period - (01/09/2018 - 30/09/2018 ) Tax Month 6 - Payment Date 26/09/2018 - Entered account 27th September 2018

8. October - Pay Period - (01/10/2018 - 31/10/2018 ) Tax Month 3 - Payment Date 26/06/2018 - Not yet entered account

So should I just include March and Aprils to be safe?

Thanks so much for this :)

Okay, so first question:
- are the dates in brackets covering the whole month (i.e. Pay Period 1/03/2018 - 31/03/2018) physically printed on the payslips? This is important, as it will affect which payslips you need.

Second question:
- What is the final date physically printed on the October payslip? Is it October 26th or October 31st? This is important as it will determine the exact dates of your 6 months.

Yes they are and just for my peace of mind, here is an example for March:

The payment date is 26/10/2018. Here is a screenshot also. Hopefully it will land in my account on this date (tomorrow).

Great, thanks :). Just wanted to make sure.

Since the pay period is printed on them (i.e. 1st - 31st May), you may be okay just using the May payslip, but to be safe, I would also send the April one just in case they need to see that April 30th is also covered.

You won't need the March payslip or bank statement.

So, I would send:

Payslips:
1. April
2. May
3. June
4. July
5. Aug
6. Sep
7. Oct

Bank statements:
1. 11th Apr - 10th May (showing April 26th payslip, and also showing that it covers the first 10 days of May)
2. 11th May-10th June
3. 11th June-10th July
4. 11th July-10th Aug
5. 11th Aug-10th Sept
6. 10th Sept-11th Oct
7. 11th Oct-present (covering the Oct 26th deposit)

No totally and its a peace of mind for me too :)

Okay great, I have all of those except October's bank statement obviously. And I will go Nationwide on the 1st November and get the remainder of October's statement.

However, if, and I know its a big if, say they can't do it and I have to wait until the 10th November to print it out. From what has been stated before, it only matters the date my spouse submits the online application? Then the 28 day for submission clock starts?

No, the 28 days starts on the date on your latest payslip.

As the latest payslip says it covers up to 31st October, she has 28 days from 31st October to submit the online application.

So, as long as she submits it by 28th November, she will be fine.

[Because both the latest payslip and the latest bank statement have to be dated no earlier than 28 days before the date the online application is submitted. So you take the earlier date of the two - which will be the payslip - and make sure the online application is submitted no more than 28 days after that date]

Okay, so I went to Nationwide on saturday and asked about a getting the remainder of October's statement before I normally get my statements on the 10th of every month.

She said they can post out an 'interim statement, that will show all transactions up to that date. It will show my address on it. So my plan is to go in on the 1st November and ask for one. She says when it arrives to my house, I can come in and get it stamped and signed.

So my question is will this be okay? That I will have printed statements from my computer and one that is from the bank, but all signed? Should I get a letter signed from Nationwide just incase?

If the interim statement has been sent to your house, it is considered original and does NOT need to be stamped.

- Any statements printed from your computer DO need to be stamped (or accompanied by a letter).

- Any statements sent to you in the post, or printed by the bank in-branch, DO NOT need to be stamped (or accompanied by a letter)... though some people ask for statements printed in-branch to be stamped as well, just in case.

So, you could ask if they can print out the interim statement then and there on the 1st (which most banks should do - my bank will print up to 6 months of statements in-branch), and that will also be acceptable.

Yeah she said, it will be posted and not printed which sucks. I may try and squeeze them on the1st and see if they can do it there.

But will I need to explain anywhere that some of the statements are stamped and the original (that will get posted)  isnt?

Well, other than the fact that it'll take a few days to arrive, posted is preferable to printed anyway :).

Not really, as hopefully they will look slightly different, but you can if you want (I would just add a sentence to the sponsor letter).

As a tip, I would change your bank statements, and all your bills, to paper statements (turn OFF paperless for everything) ASAP... because you will need to have ALL your mail delivered for the next 5 years, in order to meet the correspondence requirements for FLR(M) and ILR.

Yeah I think I will, just incase and yes I will add it to the sponsor letter.

Haha yes we were talking about how un-eco we will be for the next 5 years. Sure, we will plant a tree or something in the garden  ;D

Okay folks, I am pretty much ready to ship my documents to my spouse in America, who will include everything in our application.

I have everything laid out, I will be sending, so if I could get an eye over this that would be great!

Sponsor’s Information:
•   Sponsor’s Letter of Support
•   Certified Photocopy of Sponsor’s Passport via Post Office. Dated and Stamped. - I have the receipt for this? Best to leave it out?

Evidence of Accommodation:
•  Original tenancy agreement
•   Letter of Accommodation Support from sponsor’s landlord
•   Letter from roommate agreeing to let my spouse stay at the house

Evidence of Sponsor’s Employment and Finances:
•   Employment status letter from my employer (signed by employer) confirming the payslips are authentic and also regarding all payments when they entered my bank account. Some of my payments go in later than the date stated on the payslip
•   Printed payslips covering 7 months
•   Printed copy of my bank account 7-month history: 11th April - 31st October. Stamped and signed by bank. See on previous page why I am submitting 7 months and the dates submitted
•   My original employment contract
•   P60 Certificate printed, but verified on my employers letter.

Evidence of Marriage and Relationship:
•   Remainder of my flight tickets - My spouse currently has all the other flight tickets already
•  Remainder of letters - She has all of them, except for one.

Thank you!

Looks good :).

You don't need the receipt for the certified copy of the sponsor's passport (note: you only need the photo/biometrics page of the passport, not the whole thing)

In regards to relationship evidence, will your spouse be providing the evidence of your emails/messages/calls etc.?
