It seemed a rather foreign brand for "American" food. I am only gonna try the marshmallows provided I can find em, shall report back if its a complete failure (and then buy a candy thermometer to make my own).

Good luck and thank you for accepting the mission!   ;)

I don't know if you have any certain health-related requirements for marshmallows, but Tesco have American marshmallows... they're really big; the size of your fist.

I dont think I need that big to make krispie treats! But I haven't been to a decent tesco yet. There's a big one on my drive home though so maybe I'll stop in. I found flavored ones in Sainsbury's but that's not what I want.

Costco has them too.  By Rocky Mountain Marshmallows.  They are roughly the size of a human head, but to melt them quickly, just cut them into quarters with scissors.  :)

Hahaha good call!

Methinks I need a Costco trip soon. I remember you mentioning hot dogs from them on another thread. :)

I will have to settle for Sainsbury's sausages and my homemade burgers for now. Grill to be picked up on Sunday, apparently after the party tomorrow.

I know, right?  Because I have too much time on my hands, I suspect that they are manufactured in the USA - and this is high demand season for BBQ's.  So not enough stock/manufacturing to export.

Not sure what you mean by the flavoured ones... are you talking about the pink and white ones?  If so, they're not really 'flavoured'... even the pink ones just taste of marshmallow.
