Looks like a cool ski lodge

What's the ice situation?  Is the freezer good?

You will love Stirling.  I do and wish we could afford to buy in the city centre but with convenience and city living comes at a higher cost for lesser property.

If you have any questions about Stirling or surrounding areas just let me know.

We will be buying a new American fridge freezer with ice maker. There is plenty of room for one, it just isn't shown in the pics.

I am so jealous! We don't have room for a proper American fridge and recently bought a new one from John Lewis.  It sucks!  Barely keeps things cold, beeps with an incredibly annoying alarm after the door has been open 5 seconds and has a useless wifi function that allows you to wirelessly control all the functions that are easily controlled by a panel on the front.

On the barely keeps things cold issue, I would push for a return. That's not right and a fridge is too much a part of everyday life for you to have to live with hating it!

I agree.  The primary function of a refrigerator is to keep food cold so it stays fresh longer (in my house, a secondary, but equally important, function is to store the food out of the reach of random creatures).  If it's not doing that, it needs to go back.  And Jimbo said it's from John Lewis, so I assume he won't have to push too hard to return it.

Unfortunately, I meant "recently" more in geological terms, so it's actually been a year or so. And it works just well enough that we couldn't be arsed to return it and it's too late now.

Going to a bingo hall is on my bucket list.  I've made my husband aware.  I wish you guys thought southwest Wales was awesome, instead of Scotland.  Then I could invite myself on this thing that isn't officially happening yet.

Oh, bummer... but you should dig out the paperwork anyway, unless you know for sure that it isn't covered for three years.  Maybe you can get rid of the incessant beeping... ;)

Well, just come for a visit to Stirling and we’ll spend the whole day there....lol.....FYI....bingo in, at least scotland, is nothing like the bingo in the U.S and Canada.....the cards look nothing like the bingo card your used to but it’s still fun  :D. ....and if you win, and actually yell BINGO...people look at you funny  [smiley=laugh3.gif] [smiley=laugh4.gif]
