They're showing a slightly different version now, and the hedgehog cake is sitting in a dark corner and he says 'don't look at me'.  [smiley=heart.gif]
Omg. That's so sad.

Another stupid little thing that made me happier than it should've, but a rep for a lead brand messaged reached out to me on instagram and asked for additional photos of my dog because they think she'd make a good model/rep for their brand. Highly doubt anything will come of it, but I sent the photos so we'll see lol. If nothing happens nothing happens but if they want to chuck me a $40 rope lead for me to photograph, I certainly won't turn it down LOL
I think I know the brand. They've done the same to me and my dogs Instagram accounts.
The usual. American girl meets British guy. They fall into like, then into love. Then there was the big decision. The American traveled across the pond to join the Brit. And life was never the same again.

Yeah I imagined it’s just spam but wasn’t sure as I had heard of the brand

I think they might have a bot tracking certain tags and a human responds if you do. 😁

Yeah was going to say that initially it seemed like a bot so I was like "yeaaaahhh I don't think this is legit but I'll see what they want" then a person seemed to respond so I was like "umm...unexpected...guess I'll see where this goes..." Again, not expecting much as assuming it's just proper spam but thought I'd respond and see what happens.

Oh, jeeze. That's an adorable little hedgehog cake!

I hate advertising that anthropomorphizes (sp?) food! When I was a kid I could never eat my chocolate Easter Bunnies. And every year my older brother would take great glee in biting their heads off, sending me into hysterics. (Hey, a big brother thing.) I'm just glad we missed the "Veggie Tales" kiddie show, as the Daughter is the same way. She'd never have been able to eat anything on her plate, then.

So now they have this cute hedgehog who's going to end up with a knife stuck in him and bits whacked off?  Aieeeeeeeeeee

There was a knock on the door this morning and when i opened it there was a man holding a big bunch of flowers for me.  The card read "I miss you" and was from Hubby.  aaaaahhhhhh

He is hoping to be back home in the UK by the end of next week.  He left on the 9th July.

So I am sitting here with a stupid grin on my face, with my lovely flowers waving to me.

Just booked my life in the uk test for the beginning of September to give myself a time limit to keep studying. I'm happy but at this moment, I genuinely think I might vom.

XOD - you will be fine!  And if you fail - you take it again.  But you won't fail.  Most of the stuff will have been absorbed by osmosis.

I'm 100% going in with this mentality which is why I'm trying to get it done sooner rather than later :) As I want to have lots of time to retake if necessary :)

It's important not to underestimate it, but the fact that you're at the stage of consistently passing the practice tests, means that you are ready! You will be absolutely fine!  :)

I hope so! I think when I'm not under pressure I'm doing fine and answering the questions with ease (for the most part) and still going through the book as well as doing practise questions just for backup, but when I'm under pressure I think I may f*ck up! I am usually great under pressure...until it comes to life-changing tests LOL. I'm just going to keep pounding away at it!!

It's totally worth all the work. It's such a weight off once it's out of the way!  :)
