Just got an order from the American sweet store

My son is obsessed with candy corn, so we needed that for Halloween (not giving out a single one to trick or treators) and the cereal is for bribing the kids to go to French school.  That peanut butter and chocolate cereal is crazily unhealthy, with twice as much fat and calories as the Life cereal.  Can't wait to try it.
Half this stuff was on sale because of short shelf life.

Captain Crunch is my all time favourite cereal.
Mmmmm. Breakfast

But wasn't there a packet of candy corn in the first round of Pass the Parcel...?  Does your son know about that?

Cap'n Crunch tastes delicious but leaves a weird film on the roof of my mouth, which puts me off eating it.  Anyone else?

Random fun fact, the roof of my mouth is weird.  It bumps out instead of in.  Apparently this is weird.  Every dentist I go to mentions it.

Not just you.  It's a weird dry-yet-oily film.  Not to mention all of the abrasions.  But I love the taste.  Haven't eaten it in probably decades, but I do remember how the aftermath felt.

Yep this. I can't eat cereals like that anymore, hurts too much! But the cap'n crunch film is very memorable.

I have a very high arched palate and bones that stick out under my tongue making xrays almost impossible. Dentists love me lol.

I braved the Christmas exhibits at the local garden shop to get mulch and visit their American food section. Vlassic pickles and canned Libby's pumpkin. Just in time to do a test run before Thanksgiving. :)

I have an extra tooth growing under my bottom inside gum line. All of my dentists have thought it was neat. And no, I don't need it removed for the low, low price of £500.

So cool!  Do they have Count Chocula? That's the Daughter's favorite and it would be a great surprise present for her.

Not this particular store (American Fizz) but I bet you can find it somewhere.

I bought myself the Boots No.7 Advent Calendar and then, of course, I opened all the windows.  I don't use much makeup and I am afraid I don't know the latest trends and colours etc but I am enjoying playing with my new toys.  At the moment I have one eye with black liquid eyeliner on, the other eye has gold pencil and my lips have two different colours on as well.  I don't think I've got the hang of the eyebrows and the blusher is a colour I would never choose - but looks fabulous.

So, yes, I am having a happiness moment whilst looking like Coco the Clown.

Hubby went to give me a kiss as he was going out and did a good at job hiding his amazement/horror at my "new look."  I had to explain that I am just playing and at least he didn't comment about it being Halloween next week.

This is so much awesome.  Have fun, Blossom!  And Merry Christmas!  :)

News flash, I'm at the silks gym and someone has just changed into a proper stripper outfit to practice.  I'm trying to pretend not to notice

What does a proper stripper outfit consist of?  Cuz I’m imagining thigh high boots, thong and bra...  lol.
