Great American Thanksgiving Meet-up today.

Jimbo and Co. made the trek and came.  I love Mrs. Jimbo and daughter Jimbo!  Son Jimbo wasn’t down at my end of the table.  Seriously, girl crush on Mrs. J.   ;)  That man has done well.   ;D

I'm so jealous!  I was hoping Mrs. Jimbo would be along at the Blizzard meetup so I could meet her.  Jimbo is awesome, but Mrs. Jimbo... she puts up with Jimbo!  She has got to be amazing!

Hey KIMBERLEY, check this out!  My boy found a calculator in the bushes that was broken in half.  We soldered some wires back to the printed circuit board and even added an extra frankenstein switch just because we could.  Then we hot glued the whole thing back together

Good as new!

You didn't need our help on the motor, after all!

Speaking of, we are getting to it!  We just got distracted with another project first!  We turned a log into a wireless security camera to replace a broken camera in our network.  Because we could...

That's not going to fool anyone!  Until I saw the second picture, I thought it was a stealth job.

Cool on the mendacino motor, you guys look busy.

Log Cam is a lot less obnoxious than the huge white Big Brother looking housing that the camera came in.  It's not stealthy, but it blends in with the environment sufficiently.  And we love log.

But... but... leftover turkey and gravy is the best part of Thanksgiving... you only took home the sweets.  I gotta admit, though... I could really go for a brownie edge piece.  Blargh.  I need an oven!

We did a turkey breast in the pizza oven again this year.  This was our Thanksgiving nod... no pudding.  Just turkey (white meat), roast potatoes, carrots, and pan-fried green beans.

I think you're good there. I don't think you want a camera to be stealthy. If it's going to act as a deterrent, which is what you would hope for,  the bad guys need to be able to notice it.

I bet you could do brownies in your Uuni!   :)
