Wow, that's a lotta stuff!!! You really scored there! :D

My LMH - I've got a short'nin bread in the oven in a cast iron frying pan. ("Short'nin Bread" is basically gingerbread without the ginger, and a very old Southern thing.) The Daughter graduated on Tuesday and is having people over for a belated Thanksgiving/We're Done party tomorrow. So I need to get cracking on a pumpkin pie crust, per special request, and some cornbread, too.  Going to be a busy baking day, but the house smells great and is nice and warm - especially nice since it's gray and soggy outside.

OH is coming home tonight, so I've been busy doing washing and tidying up since about 7am.

I put up the Christmas tree and decorated it... looks so beautiful, i wish i could leave it up year round!

Went the messages, and have now got a pot of scouse bubbling away on the hob... the homely aroma of stewing lamb mixed with my favourite Yankee candles (Fireside Treats & Crackling Wood Fire) are making the flat smell so nice.

And i have got a playlist of various jangly Rickenbacker guitars playing rather too loudly, but i'm not bothered, as the neighbours are all either at work, or at the Christmas market here in the town... or in the case of the old man on the next landing, very hard of hearing!  ;D

Having a very happy Saturday!

Woo! Well done on the test!

I managed to get our decorations up along with the tree. I wasn’t feeling Christmas this year, but it’s put me in the Christmas mood.

I also finished ALL my Christmas shopping including my family back home.
