No as it's only at the other end of the high street! hahaha we are literally moving a 10-15 minute walk away. They'll still be our neighbours! Though we spoke to the owners who are in their 70's and they said "that hospital should have NEVER been there! They should've put them all up against a wall and shot them!" ...I was like ....uhh....not sure how to respond so just smile and awkwardly laugh....

Thanks guys! we're so exicted! It'll be nice to live in a house we don't need to completely redo! (or do much work on at all! Just bathrooms, which are cosmetic and need a bit of a refresh but aren't needing to be done immediately) .

Time for another puppy now?  :D

Literally I wish! Puppy fur is the BEST fur! Plus, I think my dog might be broken...LOL

Rik keeps telling me I can have a new puppy when I'm allowed to work from home to take care of it LOL He works at home 99% of the time!! He's just being selfish now! :p

You know I love it!!  So happy for you - I know this was "yours" when you saw it - so glad that it's a reality!

Thank you!! :D I'm just happy that everything went through! I don't like to get too excited about something that it's guaranteed to happen as don't want to get let down so just happy it's gone through.

haha sort of! It's "2 car" but I'm not positive both our cars will fit in there and my car will lose out LOLOL But I told him I'd like to be able to park in the garage so I don't need to scrape my car anymore haha We found out after the fact as well that it was an electric door! Beyond excited about that.

Lovely!  Congratulations!  Such fun to move into a new place.  ;D

Thank you :D The best part is looking at new furniture! hah

I'm with my oldest daughter in NL for a week. She flew from NC to meet me.

We are staying in Volendam, Amsterdam and Cologne, Germany.

Amazing! Doing a thorough clean out or starting to do something new to the house??

Amazing! Doing a thorough clean out or starting to do something new to the house??

Main purpose was for the materials from inside the garage (plasterboard, wood, carpet) that we removed to get the new door.  But we are using this as an opportunity for a massive clearout.  Problem is we moved to this house 3.5 years ago and it was so much bigger than our old house.  Two sheds, a double garage, lofts galore.  It's just left space to keep EVERYTHING and not be considerate about what we keep/purge.

I am so stinking excited that the tip is AT OUR HOUSE and we don't have to drive it down there.  Hee hee hee.
