I just paid for 2 day shipping and requested "signature confirmation" as this envelope has many original documents that I would like to have back including both of my passports (old and new).  On my ups receipt...under the heading " Service Details-UPS Worldwide Express" it has the correct address but also list a travel agency as "Hold for customer at Daleel Travel and Tourism (in sheffield)"... and it gives and additional address.  This info is not anywhere on the stick on barcode UPS label...but I thought it a bit odd.  Has anyone had ANY experience or know anything about this.  I am sending my package off tomorrow as soon as 2 critical documents arrive from my wife  who is  Fareham UK.    I am wondering if this has to do with the fact that I requested signature confirmation...hence the subject line.  Thanks in Advance

Where did you purchase your shipping label from? Was it the pre-paid UPS shipping on the VFS Global website (https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/usa/user_pay_services.html#Courier-Service)? I think all the VFS Global shipping labels should be 'signature required' anyway. Plus, it's the address on the actual stick-on label that is the important one.

Remember that you must include photocopies of every original document that you wish to be returned to you, in order to make sure you get everything back. They will keep the application forms and any letters addressed to them, but everything else should be returned.
