The letter needs to state:
- current job title and salary
- length of employment
- length of time earning current salary
- previous salary (this is the salary that will be considered for the financial requirement since the payrise was less than 6 months ago)
- type of employment (full or part time, permanent or temporary)

I don't believe it needs to include your NI number.

Not necessarily HR but it needs to come from the employer and it is mandatory. Try showing them the guidance.

I set them all the information, they aren't budging. I have spoken to my director, who is going to have a word with the HR director this afternoon

Hopefully they will get it sorted out between them.

Will your director write the letter for you?  It doesn't need to be HR.  If they try playing the GDPR card....  I would smack them!  lol!

I'm our departments GDPR champion. It's so frustrating.

I thought it had to be HR. I'll just get back to sort it
