TeamTollie and I have been talking (uh oh!), and we have made some very tentative/loose plans, and now we'd like to open it up to the rest of this Blizzard.  We don't know where everybody will be, but from what we do know, we came up with this really rough map:

We would like to propose a meetup at the end of September.  This should give people just getting their decision made emails time to get their visas and get over here and settle in a bit.  Plus, it's my birthday week, so my husband will be off work! ;)

Based on our map, we decided on Bristol for the location, which should give us plenty of options for a venue, and it appears to be fairly accessible and centrally located (for the non-Scottish contingent, at least... please come down if you're interested!) for the Welsh and English contingents.

Summary:

When:  September 29th (or we can consider different dates if this is a problem for someone who really wants to be there)
Where:  Somewhere in Bristol (tbd)
Who:  UKY members, and spouses/families if they want to join in

I would love to attend if possible; I need to check my schedule to see if I'm free and work out train and accomodation details.

So, tentative yes from me, so long as I'm able to work out the logistics.  :)  (GWR on a Friday night from Paddington, I'm looking at you)   [smiley=mean.gif]

I'm in London, but lived in Cheddar (near Weston S-M and Wells) for a few months before moving here (and DH used to work in Bristol).  DH and I would love to be able to move back, but my job keeps us here.  It's a great job and I love it, but just wish it wasn't in London.

Exciting times for everyone. All the best with the move  :D When Sheffield send the documents dispatch email, do they give the tracking details as well? We attached a return way bill , however forgot to write down the tracking number !

If you used the VFS Global shipping labels, do you still have the email containing the labels?

If so, the return tracking number should be on there.

I tried so hard to sleep in to minimize the wait time...I ended up waking up an hour earlier than normal.
I don't know if I could focus on a book, I'm too anxious. LOL

We didn't , VFS doesn't provide shipping labels to my wife's current address. We used DHL, provided a return waybill which will be charged to my wife's company account.
