Renewal : Spouse/Partner Leave To Remain

Hi Everyone,

We hope this finds you well, my wife and I are excited to be a part of such a great community.

The reason for our post is that we are due to renew her Spouse/Partner Leave To Remain Residence Permit at the end of the year.

The current one that she has is for two and a half years.

So our question is -

Do we go through and use the same forms/application process for which we used on the first visa?

We hope that someone is able to lend advice and look forward to your responses.

No, you'll be applying for further leave to remain, so this is the form you will need.

They do update the form from time to time so make sure you are using the most recent version when it's time for you to apply!
