Hmm I don’t think there’s a Sainsbury’s near me but we’re going to Edinburgh this weekend...

Wave as you drive past Stirling. Just don't stop as it will be madness with Runrigs final concert being here this weekend.

We would get them at Sainsbury's in the frozen section. They have onion in them.

My husband has gotten some nice ones in the frozen section at Aldi. I actually like them! But not more than REAL hashbrowns.  ;)

Go to Lupe Pintos. Lots of goodies to be had!

Then go over to Portobello Beach. Stop in Kirkcaldy for the best American baked goods... baked by a real American with real American ingredients.

I love the beach there. Before my husband and I got married we always met up and stayed in Edinburgh. ❤️

That's right... up north. It's on my list of places to visit.

I love Edinburgh! Been a few times. Was there back in June for Thom Yorke. And did a gin tasting at Edinburgh Gin. How far actually is Kirkcaldy from Edinburgh then?

Speaking of Edinburgh, have you been to the Edinburgh Dungeon? My husband and I have been wanting to go there. Wondering if it's worthwhile.

It's not that far away. My friend does a lot of local farmers markets on the weekend. That's how I met her actually, at Stirling farmers market.

I've not been to the Dungeon so no help there. I just like to walk about trying new cafes and coffee shops and watching people.

Oh that's cool then. Will have to make a point of visiting that bakery the next time we go to Edinburgh.

I'm very similar to you. I love checking out new places and making little discoveries here and there. Would you believe my husband has never been to the little museum in his town?? One day while he was at work, I ventured in there on my own. I told him all about it and he was shocked. I might know more about the history of his town than he does by now! LOL!

By the way, eat all the damn chocolate cake donuts now because you won't find them here unless you are lucky enough to live by a Tim Horton's.

Nan lives near a Tim Hortons.  She is now in charge of cake doughnut procurement.  ;)
