As it stands now (I think they've shown this on Channel 4--we also get E4, so it's annoyingly possible to see the same episode three times in a week--on E4, then on E4's second-chance Sunday, then on Channel 4), Mama Solis took pictures of Gabrielle in bed with the gardener/teenager, ran out in the street, and was hit by a drunken Andrew (Bree's son). Gabrielle took the camera from her outstretched hand before telling the cab driver (Mama Solis' escape car) to call 911.

Andrew went home, Bree was freaking out about Mama Solis on the street, and then noticed that Andrew was crying (i.e., he was the driver who hit her). Bree called her soon-to-be-ex (he'd dropped the divorce papers on her the same day) to say he needed to be there, then they ended the show with Bree and her hub closing the garage door/hiding the car Andrew was driving). So it's unclear whether Mama Solis will live, whether she'll remember anything if she does, whether anyone will believe her accusations if she DOES remember, given she has no evidence, etc.

I've read that the fundamentalists in the States have already been b*tching about this show, saying it espouses adultery. Do they EVER stop?

Last night  the show was  falling from grace  with me.. it was  getting on borderline  stupid..  but  it saved  itself in the end..     did we believe  Mike would have a dangerous bathroom like that??   and why WOULD susan  take all the money and gun and move it in the first place??  would  hiring a nanny be THAT   bad  for  these  rich women??  I was thinking  that  lianne should  have done that ages  ago!!!

I'm completely hooked on the show and all the wackiness.  Keep watching if you like it.   ;)

i didn't know it was repeated - maybe on E4 but not channel 4? last week Gabrielle's husband got arrested right at the end we don't know what for yet; Bree planted rugs in her son's school locker so he would get kicked off the swim team to teach him a lesson; the one with all the kids poached someone else's nanny; Susan's daughter has got the dead woman's son hiding in her room unbekownst to everyone, even Susan, he ran away from the hospital he was in; the gardener guy's mother found out about gabrielle (originally she thought it was susan so susan made gabrielle fess up) and is threatening to go to the cops because the guy was underage when she started shagging him. I think that was most of it.  Oh yeah there was yet another scene where Susan's clothes came off, seems to happen every week!

Sigh.  I remember when my mom put a couple of throw rugs in my locker.  I got kicked out of marching band.  Worst day of my life.   :\\\'(  (But I did learn my lesson -- wall to wall is the way to go!)

Hehe!  I couldn't help myself -- had the funniest mental image of my mom shoving rolled up carpets into my locker.

I'm cheesy!   ;D

Perhaps we should be discussing the ethical and moral ramifications of covert locker rug-shoving and the emotional effects on teenagers?
