Passport name change question

Good morning everybody.. I just thought about something after reading some things earlier. When i send away to change my name on my passport, is it best to just send regular mail  or UPS...  I don't remember when getting my passport if I had to send return postage..

It should say on the form if you need return postage.  You can send however you like.

Thank you, another question about the Passport Name change... i just read that before I can send my Passport renewal for a name change, i have to include a copy of my Drivers License showing my new name..i was thinking I didnt have to change my drivers license name till afterwards if i wanted.. Also it reads that in order to get my passport back within 2-3 weeks using the expedited service, i have to include flight itinerary or other proof of travel plans , without this expedited service it can take up to 8 weeks.  am i reading correctly

I called the help line and spoke with someone.. No, do not have to change DL # first.
so, that helps alot on the timeline of getting my app sent off around the middle of November. 

I just did mine (inside uk) I just sent my marriage certificate.

lol... I'm guilty of reading only half of threads... Yeah, I called and a very sweet lady told me exactly what form I needed and all I  need to send in... I had the wrong form filled and ready to send, so i'm glad I  thought more about it and called. 
I'm over stressed... lol...need a drink

LOL my brains a bit exhausted lately.

I’m glad you’ve got it sorted. I just went a training program at work on stress, definitely find some way to try to unwind (easier said than done especially when going through all of this)

It’s Friday and five o clock somewhere have a drink and enjoy the weekend if you can.
