Omg! Someone at work said haitch today.

I've never heard it pronounced like that before.

I'm sorry but no, I can't answer a question about the haitch p v vaccine.

I’m a little shook right now.

My daughter was born in England but has lived in the US since she was three and she’s now 17. People are always shocked when they learn she’s half English because she identifies as Texan and speaks with a Houston accent.

She called me a few minutes ago to make sure I remembered to collect her from U of H (University of Houston). She said, “Haitch”.

Oh no 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ha ha ha!!!

That's funny because that's the only way I've heard it pronounced there.

This!

It really deserves more recognition.  It's one of my favourite Disney movies.

It's SOOO good. We had it on VHS when I was little and my parents got it on DVD when I was a teen. I should watch it again.
The usual. American girl meets British guy. They fall into like, then into love. Then there was the big decision. The American traveled across the pond to join the Brit. And life was never the same again.

Confession... In my mind, all this time, I've been mentally saying "jim-bocks."

...where is the mortified emoticon?!

Yeah, don’t get me started on how Brits pronounce ALL Spanish words.  I make a mean paella.  I at least have my kid and husband saying it properly now.
OMG! My first week at my new job they made one for the whole office. I couldn't even attempt to say it the way they did. It was vile! Thank you for teaching your family!

Gloryhole?
