That's a relief, I've always known about the 28 day rule, just the particular wording threw me off. Lol
Out of interest, which part of the wording was confusing? The wording hasn't changed, so I'm wondering what threw you off now, compared to before.
The partially completed online form that I've printed is the most convoluted and confusing thing ever. It gives you no option to choose which financial category you're applying under. It only has 4 options to choose from and 3 of them insist that you provide 12 months of bank statements and payslips. The other one seems to only be for people who meet the financial requirement on their own.
My husband and I were combining our income and we meet the requirement under cat A. I looked at the appendix again and all of the information seems to be the same.
I'm so confused.
Yeah, I haven't seen all of the online form myself, but from what others have said, it contains confusing and ambiguous questions which make no sense!
The important thing is:
Don't let yourself be confused by it.
- You know you meet the requirements.
- The paper form shows you meet the requirements.
- Your documents meet the requirements.
So don't let a badly-designed online form, that you probably don't even need anyway, throw you off
