Also in agreement that you can't change the title. I laughed way too hard.
My, how time flies....

* Married in the US and applied for first spousal visa August 2013
* Moved to the UK on said visa October 2013
* FLR(M) applied for  May 2016. Biometrics requested June 2016. Approval given July 2016.
* ILR applied for January 2019 (using priority processing). Approved February 2019.
* Citizenship applied for May  2019
* Citizenship approved on July 4th 2019
* Ceremony conducted on August 28th 2019

Yay! Good Luck jfkimberly!  :D

Thanks, both of you!

Quick question... I'm bringing the following.  Am I missing anything, as far as you know?

 - printout of application
 - printout of payment confirmation
 - printout of evidence checklist
 - printout of biometric enrolment letter (I have an extra copy for the Post Office to actually submit my biometrics)
 - my LiUK pass notification letter
 - marriage certificate
 - two completed referee declarations, both are British nationals over 25, and one is a premises holder licensee (or whatever it's called... he has a liquor license and runs a pub ;) )
 - (extra) a printout of an email exchange with the Arkansas department that retains driver records which includes my only recorded driving infaction and an explanation for why others don't appear
 - my completed passport application with payment mandate form (torn out of the instruction book... classy!)
 - my passports held since entering UK (expired one has my fiancee visa and entry stamp)
 - my husband's passport
 - my BRP
 - the extra photos from the ones I had made for my referee declarations (I thought I needed more, but the only instruction is for the two I glued to the referee declarations..? I'm bringing the extras just in case.)

The passports and BRP seem to comprise the majority of the evidence.  They tick most of the boxes.  Correct?

Eeee!  Finally doing this!

Looks good! No divorces, right?

And the beauty of the citizenship application is that they *will* ask for more information if they feel that they need it, so the stress level when waiting is much less because of that!   :)

eta, I got a bit confused with the number of passport pics required. I think you need 2 for the passport application in any case, and two for the referees.

Thanks, larrabee!  No, no divorces for either of us.

My photos came as five.  It was a sheet with three rows of two, except where the sixth one should be, there was information about when and where I went in the booth.  I'm bringing all of them along, even though I think the ones attached to the referee declarations are the only ones I need.  But they get all of them.  Safety first!

How are you feeling? Are you excited?

I want to say I'm feeling fine and relaxed (but, I mean, thrilled to be at this stage and ready to submit my documents!), but I woke up with a migraine in the middle of the night and lost a lot of sleep, so there must be some anxiety in there.  My application is perfect, though... no need for anxiety.  Poo!

But, yay!  I'm applying!

My application and documents have been submitted.  Biometric enrolment is not yet complete (went to the nearer of the only two post offices that do Home Office biometric enrolment only to learn their booth machine thing broke down this morning, so I couldn't do it... the other one is 60 miles from my house in the opposite direction to the broken one (which is about 20 miles away), so we just gave up and went home.  I'm beat.  SO much walking today.

Still sorting out how I will give my biometrics.  Possibly Monday evening, if the nearer machine is sorted. Or on the 3rd, on our way to Bristol for the Blizzard Party, maybe (thanks for that suggestion, KF!).

Congratulations on getting your application off! Do you have your tracking number yet?
