Oh Melissa, you and me both!
I do make a thing ( I don't know what you'd call it) where I melt large Bournville bars together, add some golden syrup and marshmallows and pistachios and pour it over broken digestive biscuits in a plastic rectangular shaped dish and stick it into the fridge for a couple of hours - makes the most delicious bars ( also good with coconut!)
I *think* it's actually called "refridgerator cake" but I am not sure, whatever, it's heavenly
and SO SO simple for us non-cooks!
