Maybe they have changed recently and emails are helping now, but we’ve experienced 8 years of complete incompetence from them, so we don’t have a whole lot of confidence that they can help .

That's how alot of ppl have found out
1. Documents scanning error
2. Documents missing
3. Application filed as standard instead of priority.
There response time has also gotten better. I emailed Thursday at 3am British time and when I got up at 6am my time, they had already responded. Not saying we all should email. Just saying it seem to be helping.
