Just got another email saying they gave me the incorrect email Thursday to resend my requested documents to. They provided another email. I got them sent once more

So sorry to hear that - this whole process is a bit of a shambles...still, on the bright side, at least they did acknowledge their mistake and you managed to get them sent off in the end!

what email was the old one they gave and what was the new one? We are worried that having sent in requested documents on 4th Feb ( 12 days ago now) we have heard nothing back - maybe they sent us the wrong email too?

The first (wrong) email was Sheffieldsettlementdocsrequested@fco.gov.uk
The corrected email was:
Sheffield.Settlementdocsrequested@fco.gov.uk
Second correct email has a period after Sheffield

Our was  SheffieldDocsRequested.RestofWorld@fco.gov.uk  which seems completely different again.
When you sent in your documents on thursday did you get an automated email saying your documents had been received?

Wow, wonder why it’s different..I got an email back saying my application wasn’t straightforward and a how they try to get applications decided within certain timeframe but they couldn’t guarantee mine to be within the 60 wd, I’m at 58 wd today
