Hello All, Here is my list of documents in the order I placed them in...Please review and let me know what needs to be changed. . I will highlight (red) as well (i hope I highlighted them correctly) the things I will add to once I apply and receive.

Now for my questions:
1. Are we sure about just sending these copies? Should any of them be the Originals and or still send the Originals as well (yep still confused)
2. Did I put the letter and bank statements for his Disablement benefits in the correct place? Will they know what it's for? It is explained in the Appendix under 3.64 and yearly amount is shown. Should the letter be in front of the Bank Statements for them ?
