:) Hello All, Here is my list of documents in the order I placed them in...Please review and let me know what needs to be changed. . I will highlight (red) as well (i hope I highlighted them correctly) the things I will add to once I apply and receive.

Applicant Documents
- VFS priority shipping receipt
- Return shipping label
- Cover letter- signed and a list of enclosed documents
- Application (signed on 2 pages)

- Barcode separator page for APPENDIX II
- VAF4a Appendix 2
- My current and old passport
- Passport photo (1)
- Copy of each passport page
- Barcode separator page for SPONSOR EVIDENCE
- Certified copy of husbands UK passport
- Support letter from my husband
- Barcode separator page for FINANCIAL EVIDENCE
- 6 (actually covers 7 i believe) months original payslips
- 6 (actually covers 7 I believe) original bank statements
- Letter regarding an Industrial Injury Disablement Benefit letter regarding the deposit of a larger amount covering arrears
- 6 months original bank statements which his Industrial Disablement Benefits are deposited in
- Barcode separator page for EMPLOYMENT EVIDENCE
- Employment letter
- Employment contract
- P60
- Barcode separator page for ACCOMMODATION
- Letter from Landlord welcoming me to stay
- Tenancy Agreement
- Barcode separator page for PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP
- Certified copy of Marriage license
- Pictures of us (2) before marriage and after
- Copies of electronic tickets/ boarding pass
- Facebook messenger and Whatsapp
- Barcode separator page for ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
- Copies of Sponsor divorce decrees  ::)
- Copies of my divorce decrees  ::)

Now for my questions: ???
1. Are we sure about just sending these copies? Should any of them be the Originals and or still send the Originals as well (yep still confused)
2. Did I put the letter and bank statements for his Disablement benefits in the correct place? Will they know what it's for? It is explained in the Appendix under  3.64 and yearly amount is shown. Should the letter be in front of the Bank Statements for them ?
Thank you  :)

I was going to ask if he needed to combine the amount of the Industrial Injuries Disablement benefit  with his employment income order to meet the financial requirement but then I remembered that that is one of the benefits which exempts you from the financial requirements meaning that you would only need to prove sufficient income for maintenance.

Quote
Where the applicant’s partner is in receipt of any of the following benefits or allowances in the UK, the applicant will be able to meet the financial requirement at that application stage by providing evidence of “adequate maintenance” rather than meeting an income threshold:
 Carer’s Allowance.
 Disability Living Allowance.
 Severe Disablement Allowance.
Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit.
 Attendance Allowance.
 Personal Independence Payment.
 Armed Forces Independence Payment or Guaranteed Income Payment under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme.
 Constant Attendance Allowance, Mobility Supplement or War Disablement Pension under the War Pensions Scheme.
 Police Injury Pension.
3.6.2. If the applicant’s partner is in receipt of one of the above benefits or allowances on behalf of their child, the applicant will be able to qualify by meeting the financial requirement through “adequate maintenance”.

Did you decide to apply under Category A in the end, or to apply as exempt from the £18,600 financial requirement?

Without the addition of the Disablement Benefit payment, he meets the employment income responsibility... His weekly benefit check is 34 pound and change..
Do we have to add it in? His concern is what if they look further and see he has 2 bank accounts, 1 for his everyday life and payslip deposits and 1 account for his benefits to be deposited, that if we DONT include it they would ask about it...or would they even look to see if he has more than one account...am i rambling, I hope  this makes sense   ::)
Because he meets the financial responsibility through his employment.. should we include the Benefits? Or is the amount of yearly Disablement benefits enough to stand alone on?  In my eyes, the 34 pound a week doesn't seem to be very much yearly and isn't enough to cover monthly cost of living even though he does split the living cost between himself and his son and nephew that live with him. Sorry if i repeated myself..

Leave it out of the application, as you aren't using it to meet the requirement.  Having a second bank account isn't a crime.  ;)

Yes, if he meets the requirements with the pay alone and you are already prepared to use category A, just leave out the benefit paperwork altogether.
It doesn't matter how many accounts he has.  :)

I think you have everything there except, maybe you could add a few letters or cards if you have sent each other any.  I would leave out the separator for employment, that is really part of the financial requirement and I would put the divorce certificates in with the relationship evidence. And we've spoken about the disability information.

When you have everything in hand, you will pay for the application and then be prompted to make a biometrics appointment on the visa4UK website.
Then go to the vfs global site to pay for priority and shipping.
