Lime juice is in the baking aisle st Tesco. It's not in the juice aisle with the lemon juice.

I think at my sainsbury's the lemon juice is in the baking aisle as well and not with the juice but I might not be remembering correctly and might just be thinking of the lime juice lol

Mine are in the 'fridge.  Can you keep them in the cupboard?  After opening?

I usually check packaging after opening to see if it says to refrigerate after opening and follow accordingly.

And wouldn't you know it! My old mate the cab driver picked me up for my job interview last Thursday. He remembered me straight away and asked what he did to upset me to have to drive on the main roads during rush hour traffic. He asked me about my theory test and my job interview that I was heading into town for. He gave me the useless advice of "if it's a bloke interviewing you, then put on that soft American accent, because if it was me, I would hire you just for the accent". Cool, it's two females interviewing me, but cheers for that!  ::) But overall, I'd say the old "in English!" gaff is in the past now.

Taxi driver sounds like he was throwing a fit, especially if he was exasperated. Probably one of these 'bloody foreigner' types. I've kind of had the same sort of reactions here in the US with some people. I'll say something, explaining how to do something and they'll say "IN ENGLISH! AMERICAN ENGLISH!" and I've been wondering how I can rephrase it because I'd Americanized it enough I thought. It was REALLY frustrating in the beginning but now I'm just shrugging it off.

Speaking of American English, my husband and I have been reacting differently to a certain headline on BBC News the last 24 hours or so.  I have just learned why:

Quote
In parliamentary procedure, the verb to table has the opposite meaning in different countries:

In the United States, to "table" usually means to postpone or suspend consideration of a pending motion.
In the rest of the English-speaking world, to "table" means to begin consideration (or reconsideration) of a proposal.

I had to ask my husband what that meant because I was very confused based on the US definition. We speak different languages sometimes!

I like the difference between "scheme" in American (dodgy) and UK English (fine)

Yeah, when I am reading on RTE and they are always talking about one "scheme" or another I instinctively cringe.  ;D
