Tears of joy for Taco Bell becoming mainstream. If there's one thing I really missed my first year here, it was the Bell. Sad really haha.

My only major gripe is no Baja Blast...but the crunch wraps taste fine to me :D

Took them long enough to put one in London! Somebody in work told me about the new Taco Bell being built in London a few weeks back because they knew I'd appreciate it haha

My closest taco bell is in Manchester. Manchester is almost 3 hours away. *sad face with taco-shaped tear drops*

Trust me. I can't shout about it any louder than I already have been! That'll be one of my first stops when I land at Christmas as I need some Baja in my life hahaha

The usual. American girl meets British guy. They fall into like, then into love. Then there was the big decision. The American traveled across the pond to join the Brit. And life was never the same again.

For all you London-dwellers, I see the Hammersmith store opened yesterday (King Street).

Are you sure?
Obvs I don't know whereabouts in Worcs you are, but it seems like Nottingham or Sheffield would be closer to you than 3 hours to Manchester.

My nearest one is still 120 miles away, so I won't be going to one any time soon.  But I just saw a user-submitted photo of the a la carte menu of a UK Taco Bell, and I picked out my order.  I'll have a beef soft taco (with 3 mild sauce), a crunchy beef taco supreme, and a bean burrito without onions.  Mountain Dew to drink.  I already know the Mountain Dew won't be quite right, but it'll satisfy that flavour pairing well enough for me.  The true test will be the basic ingredients of my basic-menu-item order... will they get it right?

ETA:  I just added up my order.  £6.15 ($8)!  For three dollar-menu food items and a drink!  Ouch.  But if I ever get within reasonable distance of a Taco Bell, I'm doing it.  I neeeeeeed it.
