Hi from Old York
« on: December 17, 2004, 11:47:17 AM »
Hi

I'm a Brit reader of the board, thought I'd come out of lurking and say hallo.

My US connection is a bit tenuous  - spent a lot of time overseas as an expat Brit and always had lots of American friends, and worked for a US firm for a while - so being back in the UK - in Yorkshire - I miss the good company and  laughter, and an international perspective on things.

So - greetings one and all, hope to make some new friends here on the board, and if I can help with anything bizarrely British, just shout and I'l try to help ... tho' some of it's a bit bizarre to me too ...  ;) or if there is anyone up north, in the York region, always happy to meet for a coffee...

Katie

Katie!!!
Any chance you're near Whixley or Thwaites Brow?
We're considering a possible move close to those places.
