Well that's what I thought! Especially as he said "whatever you applied for" instead of "ILR" so it's not like he even knew specifically what i was applying for. It was just odd in the way he phrased it when I asked if it would be an "approved/rejected" in the email.

The clock for Monday has officially begun! haha

Now go and enjoy the rest of your weekend!  :D

So pleased that it was quite painless and straightforward.  I agree with you that he probably knows it's approved and you know just get your card and all.

Did your husband go with you, but then couldn't come into the actual building due to space?
What did he do in the meanwhile?
I feel like hubster had to come to the FLR in-person but maybe that was just me wanting him there?

Thanks again for keeping us all posted.  It's so reassuring.

He came with but waited in the car. Unfortunately there’s not enough space inside the processing area (and there wasn’t an actual waiting room or anything, just the waiting area inside). They actual told us all that if there was anybody not having an appointment today that they would have to wait outside due to seats and space. My husband ran an errand and then just waited in the car playing video games while I was inside. Was an hour and a half total so wasn’t tooooo bad. He would’ve come in if they allowed for me but they didn’t need him for any part of the process or anything If that’s what you’re wondering :)

Thanks for letting me know.  I don't want to go alone but looks like it might be best since I'll be training it and hubster won't have anywhere to wait.

Spouses used to have to go to flr and ilr when they were same day appointments. But the new system they don't have to go. My husband had to go in August for my ilr.

Which office are you going to? Is it a core centre or VIP?

I don't know what the difference is...... core centre?  One of the six for the premium service.....?
