FLR Part 2 - Preparations

So the question we are on now for one of my children is

Does this child have extended family in the UK?  i.e grandparents, uncles etc etc

Do I need to actually name all the family members or just reply they have   Grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers etc etc

Also do i need to post my children's passports or just scan?  They will be on holiday when we are planning to submit our form and they will be using their passports?

Hello Again,

We are being asked to provide evidence of my ex husbands home address such as a utility bill?

Unfortunately he is unwilling to provide this?    Is this a major issue, how can I hand this?
