For your accommodation documents, you only need your current, valid tenancy agreement - to show you have somewhere to continue living AFTER the visa has been granted.

The previous tenancy agreements can be used part of your 6 items of correspondence, but otherwise are not needed.

For your relationship evidence, it looks like you have a couple too many documents, but also you’re missing something from the applicant for July 2017. What matters is the exact date printed on them, which must be 4 months apart, and if you have one each, they should be dated in the same month (ideally within a few days of each other)

So, it looks like you can use:

March 2017:
1. JOINT -Water Bill - dated March 2017 (source 1)

July 2017:
2. Applicant: ?
(if you have nothing from July you MIGHT be allowed to use the August HMRC notification, but not sure if it will be accepted)
2. Sponsor: Tax notification - dated July 2017 (source 2)

November 2017:
3. Joint -Tenancy agreement - dated November 2017 (source 3)

March 2018:
4. JOINT -Council Tax bill - dated March 2018

July 2018:
5. Applicant – Annual Bank statement - dated July2018 (source 4)
5. Sponsor – HMRC Tax Notification - dated July 2018

November 2018
6. Applicant - NHS Hospital appointment letter - dated November 2018 (source 5)
6. Sponsor - CC statement - dated November 2018 (source 6)

Thanks Ksand24 much appreciated.

The only documents we have for July-October 2017 for the applicant are are those mentioned despite our best efforts.

Slightly worried now :\\\'(

We have another letter addressed to applicant dated May 2017 that we will also upload.

Appreciate this falls in the March - June 2017 category but is only 3 months from August 2017 HMRC letter (July - Oct category).

Hope they can see/appreciate their continued living at same address with documents supplied.

Actually, I would go with the August one because August is closer to July than May.

What you want is an applicant document which is dated as close to the sponsor’s July 2017 document as possible.

You do not want to upload more than 1 document per person every 4 months.

Note that there are no March-June, July-October or Nov to Feb categories... you aren’t using a range of dates, you are using 6 individual dates, each one 4 months apart.

Therefore, your categories are:
March 2017
July 2017
November 2017
March 2018
July 2018
November 2018

But because you don’t have anything for applicant for the July 2017 category, you want to include a document dated as close to July 2017 as possible.

Final 2 questions (we hope) before pressing the "buttons" tomorrow.

1. The check list on the new on line application asks for " P60 for the relevant periods of employment"
Well if the 6 month salary dates we are using  are September 18 - Feb 19 how is the latest issued 2018 P60 relevant?
Q. Do we send it anyway or just ignore it?

2. It asks for a Home Office Reference #
Q. Where do we find this? Is it the GWF # from the original Spouse Visa application?
or  VAF# from the original Spouse Visa application?
or do we even have one at all?
or is it to be found elsewhere?

Thanks again for all your help!

1.  The p60 is not a required document, so you can include the one from last year, or ignore it altogether.

2.  You do not have a Home Office reference number.
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued

Well folks here is an update:

Documents uploaded as per the list detailed earlier on this post on Monday 25 March.

Appointment booked in Manchester for Monday 8th April (today) at 11:30.

My D-I-L attended and had her biometrics, photograph taken and passport checked.

The Sopra lady said everything including all the documents uploaded were fine.

Left at 12:00.

E-mail received at 14:15 stating:

I’m pleased to confirm that your application for leave to remain as a spouse/partner has now been granted. You will receive your decision letter and biometric residence permit (BRP) in due course and these will confirm your immigration status.

Thank you for using our super priority service.

Now that's what you call Super Priority.......less than 3 hours.

All the family so happy and we can now move on and plan ahead.

Thank you to everyone of the advisers on here who have been so helpful and so accurate with their advice.

Good luck to everyone else who is waiting.
