Applying while waiting for visa

What should I put for the following questions:

I'm applying for a teaching job that starts in September, with no closing date. I have a question regarding what to put for a question on the application..

Do I have the right to work in the UK-  No.. I don't have a visa
Visa details- can I put "waiting on Visa Approval"?

What about Grades? It's been 25 years since I've been out of college. Do I need to go get transcripts, or can I just put the degree obtained? BS in Music Education, ME in Music and Education etc?
