Anxiety Moments...
« on: April 02, 2019, 10:14:31 AM »
Started this thread because I don't think this fits into (LMH thread....yet..heh) and it's not an IA....I'm just having an anxiety moment!

We've just put an offer in on a house. We're just trying to get a hold of our agreement in principle from our financial advisor so we can send across and then the owners will obviously need to mull it over. They had another buyer that dropped out and they were apparently "quite close to asking price" and we've offered about £30k under so I'm not sure how that will fly.....

Totally sh*tting it just now...Even if it's a "no", I just want to hear back quickly so I can move on. Trying not to get my hopes up too high as it's highly likely it won't go through (especially as home owners told us there's another couple coming for a second viewing tonight...not sure if it's true but they're an older couple who didn't seem like they'd lie).
My, how time flies....

Also, forgot to add that I thought this thread couple be for exactly what the title says (stress/anxiety moments) that don't fit into any other threads!

house buying is always fraught with emotion, but just keep in mind, youre at the poker stage now, they will not refuse an offer outright, might say yes, might say meet us half way. Best of luck either way kiddo

Thanks! Still anxious as we’ve been going back and forth and I HATE the estate agents...
