Paying for expedited Visa service?

What are we missing?
We’ve completed our online applications for myself and our two children, paid both the visa fees and the IHS fees (IHS fees paid for me only, kid applications messaged they were exempt but I understand we will be contacted at a later time for payment?).....but we were never offered an opportunity to pay for expedited service (the ~$700 one). How and when can we do this? What are we missing here?
Our biometrics appointments are set for May 1 and 2 (fingers crossed).

You purchase priority service (has to be purchased for each application), plus shipping labels (if purchasing) on the VFS Global website here:

Make sure you select USA - Application Support Centre from the Premium Centre dropdown (my link should go there though).

If you will be uploading your supporting documents instead of mailing them, you do that on the VFS site as well.
