One more question regarding my ILR application for this autumn.
I am full-time employed as a social worker, however my contract is only a 1.5 year contract. There is an opportunity for it to be extended, but I may not know by autumn and currently my employment is only schedule to last through March 2020. I would be applying for ILR in November 2019.
Will this impact on my ILR application? I meet the financial requirement on my own, but perhaps the limited contract of my job means that my husband should be the one to submit documentation for the financial requirement? He is in full-time employment, on a permanent contract, and meets the financial requirement independently as well.
