If it were me, and my paycheck was the same month-to-month, I would personally select "the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement."  I interpret the question as asking if you are salaried, versus paid hourly which would result in variable pay.  But it's a new online application, and I'm not sure what the question is really meant to be asking... that's just my interpretation.  You're going to have to decide how you want to answer it.

I currently earn a set same amount above the required financial requirement but I've only been earning that since December after I received a 3.5% payrise. Prior to that it was above the requirement and the same amount for a year. I think I interpret as you do jfkimberly.

Anybody? It's the only thing holding the application up. Keen to get biometrics booked asap

I either choose 'not continuously, over the financial requirement amount' assuming that a raise in December qualifies as 'not continuously' and I send 12 months worth of docs to be safe (and to just make me feel comfortable)

or

I choose 'continuously, over the financial requirement amount' assuming that continuously means a consistent salary over the threshold (even with a raise) and that not continuously means people paid by the hour etc. I then submit 6 months worth of docs, which it prompts for when selected.

I haven't replied because I really don't know which you should tick.

Go with whichever option makes you feel more comfortable. Personally, I would go for whichever option tells you to send 6 months of evidence - so if that means ticking 'same amount continuously', that's what I would do.

But, whatever you do, you should ONLY send 6 months, because that's all you are required to send for your Category.

So nervous I pick the wrong option.

I'm praying it just 'automatically' chooses the category for you in the background and hope that means it picks Category A.

And last LAST thing, it’s asks ‘what is their annual income before tax for this employment?’

Do I put my CURRENT salary or the salary in December which was 3.5% lower?

I’d put the current salary as that is what will be listed on your employer letter and most of the payslips.

Honestly I wouldn't stress, especially as you've paid for document check. They also dont give guidance so it's best guess and common sense really. I wouldn't really panic over it.

So last few questions.

It turns out I got paid on 14th December 2018 instead of the normal date of the 21st (to help with Christmas).

My last pay date was 21st June 2019 which means six months back is 21st December 2018. The pay slip of 14th December should cover that, right?

Secondly, I am assuming as soon as the application was submitted online that that was the cut off date for the 'documents no older than 28 days' rule?

14th is earlier than the 21st so, you're fine ;)

As per earlier conversations with you, I have confirmed this. You're fine if you biometrics falls outside 28 days.

URGENT:

One of my correspondences (Jan 2019 Gas Bill ) states Page 1 of 3 but I only have the first two pages. Is this crucial??

EDIT:- found it! Thankfully!

You probably only need the page with the address on it (but it's good you found it).

Yes true but while I have everything might as well avoid the risk!
