Did you put them as added applicants? Or just tick 'yes' when asked if you had children?

We just ticked yes when asked if we had children. They were not additional applicants.
Married 1966, left UK 1969, returned 1998, left again 2000, returned June 2014 (husband on spousal visa) granted FLR(M) November 30th 2016  and ILR on  24th May, 2019. Yeah!

Does your tenancy agreement say on it that it will become a rolling tenancy on expiry? If so, you do not need a letter from the landlord.

The majority of people applying will be on a tenancy that has expired and turned into a rolling tenancy, so they will be familiar with the process.

Our tenancy agreement does not say it will turn into a rolling contract it just says nothing about once expired. I have a letter printed for the landlord stating the below:

To Who It May Concern,

As the landlord and owner of the property “XX XXXXXX, XXXX” I am writing this letter to confirm that Jenniffer Lagler & Ben Hayward have been renting this property on a continuous basis since December 2016.

They have my permission to continue renting the property as tenants and have beeb paying a rental charge of £725pcm.

If I can help Jenniffer’s visa application in any other way please feel free to contact me on the above details

Sincerely

Xxxx

Think I should modify it to say ‘I have agreed for them to be on a rolling rental agreement’?

I think that letter should be fine - though if you want him to add something about a rolling tenancy, you can.

Done. I’ve added ‘we agreed to a private rolling rental agreement upon expiry of the tenancy agreement contract’

Do you think these are acceptable? On the left are statement printed in branch. On the right is a duplicate statement sent to my home address.

They vary slightly. The in branch print is printed with lesser quality, black and white and the font is different on the payments part.

What do you think?

It doesn't matter what they look like.  If they were either printed in branch or mailed in the post, they are original. End of story. Which means either one is fine to send.

Comparing the two in the picture though, if it were me, I would include the one on the right, as it looks more original... it is in colour, it is folded, and looks like it was sent to you in the post (which, obviously it was).

I’m sending them both ksand. Up until May I got ones sent by mail (coloured ones) but June and an intermediate one only covering the past two weeks (so that it includes June’s pay) are the in branch black & white prints

Okay,  going by the second list you posted, you have almost 7 months between documents 1 and 2 (early Jan 2017 and late July 2017), which is too long and then you have only 4 months between documents 2 and 3 (late July 2017 and Nov 2017), which is too short.

Then for document 4, you have almost a month between the applicant and the sponsor's documents (23rd April and 15th May) - and they need to be dated in the same month as each other, preferably in the same week, to show you were both living in the house on the same dates... also, mid-May is too late, as it's 6 months after Nov 2017.

Document 5 (Sept 2018) is then only 4 months after the sponsor's document from May, which is too short a time between them.

Same with document 6 (Jan 2019), which is only 4 months after document 5 - again too short a time.

Looking at your choice of documents from the previous post, I would suggest:

January 2017
1. Joint council tax bill (3rd January 2017)

June 2017
2. Applicant - ?
2. Sponsor - ?

(no suitably dated documents in your list - you want something dated early-mid June at the latest)

November 2017
3. Applicant - Bank Credit Terms Change (November 2017)
3. Sponsor - EON Gas Bill (November 2017)

April 2018
4. Applicant - ? (need something dated mid-late April)
4. Sponsor - EON Gas Bill (23rd April 2018)

September 2018
5. Applicant - Bank Direct Debit Letter (18th September 2018)
5. Sponsor - Pension Letter (September 2018)

February 2019
6. Applicant -  ? (need something dated in February)
6. Sponsor - EON Gas Bill (February 2019)

Thanks ksand,

All the documents you’ve questioned and put a question mark next to I have no replacement for. That’s all I have which is listed. I have a lot outside of these dates. Collecting the mail I wasn’t originally concerned because at FLM(M) it was explained you could have correspondence in blocks of 4 months. As long as a piece of mail satisfied the blocks, not the exact month and week as this is.

I literally have no replacements and really panicking now

Don't panic - if you can't find anything else, you may just have to send what you do have.

Before that though, we can see if there's a way to make up documents that are 5 months apart.

Do you have monthly bank statements you've been sent in the post? What some people do is just make up the months they are missing with bank statements, since they are sent every month, so you can pick from whichever month you need.

If not, do you have anything from other months that you might be able to use, by shifting which months you provide documents for (which is why we recommend saving all your mail received every month so you can pick and choose which months you use).

For example, from the documents you've listed, you could try:

February 2017
1. Do you have anything from Feb 2017 instead of Jan 2017?

July 2017
2. Applicant - Bank Interest Summary Letter (19th July 2017)
2. Sponsor - EON Gas bill (27 July 2017)

Dec 2017
3. Applicant - Bank Credit Terms Change (November 2017) (not ideal but might be best option if you don't have anything from Dec)
3. Sponsor - NHS Referral Letter (7th December 2017)

May 2018
4. Applicant - Bank Saving Statement (15th May 2018)
4. Sponsor - Anything at all from May?

October 2018
5. Anything from October?

March 2019
6. Joint -  Council Tax Bill (7th March 2019)

Okay gone back through. Options:

B) Letter from Bank explaining generically how help to buy ISA works. Nothing specific to Jenn, just generic stuff (dated ‘June 2017)

Sponsor
A) bank statement but doesn’t have a printed date on it. Just says ‘10 June to 9 July’
B) payslip with a date of ‘21 June 2017
