FLR (M) Final Checklist

I have my biometrics appointment in Leeds on Friday, and just to calm my nerves waiting I thought I see if anyone could look over my supporting documents list to see if I have forgotten anything.

I am switching from a Fiance visa to FLR (M) and applying catagory A, no prior marriages for either of us, and no kids...Thank you in advance to anyone who helps!

Proof of Application

• Signed Spouse Decleration
• Signed Declerations 1, 2, &3
• IHS Reference Number and Payment Receipt
• Applicant's Current Passport
• Applicant's Prior Passport (Contains my Current Entry Clearance) -- Do I need to submit copies of every passport I've owned?

Financial Evidence

• Full Six Months Of Payslips -- November 30th 2018 through May 31st 2019   -- all signed off as authentic
• Full Six Months of Bank Statements -- November 30th 2018 through May 31st 2019
• Letter from Employer

Residence in UK

• Four Joint Official Correspondence (different source for each)-- all I could manage as I've lived here less than three months
• Tenancy Agreement
• Council Tax

Life Events

• Marriage Certificate

Proof of Identity

• Sponsor/Husband's Bio Page of Passport
• Sponsor/Husband's UK Birth Certificate

Other  Evidence

• Cover Letter explaining why I only have four pieces of correspondence (switching from a Fiance Visa)

Last question -- I have a cover letter to explain my lack of six/twelve pieces of correspondence and my husband's pay raise, but do I need to include another applicant/sponsor letter like I did in my initial visa application?

I am in the process of converting from fiance to spouse. Just curious what the signed spouse declaration, and signed declarations 1, 2, & 3 are? I'm getting quite nervous that I am overlooking something in my application!
