These don't look familiar to me. I did the ILR online using the new process. There was a declaration my husband had to sign but nothing that looked like that that I can remember.

Thanks! Same, I have the signed consent form and I had a look mad the terms and conditions that you sign up to when you tick the declaration box at the end and it seems to cover these checks, or at least, it says that they may share your information to verify it.

The old paper forms had both the consent forms and the declaration forms in two different sections, but I’m not sure what the online form has now.

Thanks ksand. They weren’t mentioned anywhere on the new online form, and it seems like people haven't been submitting them since the new online service has been rolled out. So I guess they aren't needed?

It seems the consent forms aren’t mentioned on the SET(M) form but we downloaded them, signed and uploaded just to be on the safe side.

Probably a good idea. I doubt it would hurt to have them in any case!

Hi all,

So I’ve received a letter from HO today, it just says thanks for your ILR application, and you’ll receive a BRP within 10 days. It doesn’t explicitly say it’s been granted but I’m guessing that’s what this means?? Were anyone else’s letters so vague?! I never received an email!

They wouldn't be sending you a BRP unless you were successful. Congratulations!  :)
