I have been away from my computer for a few days, and only able to view the forum on my phone for brief moments.  I can't verify you have everything you need without knowing your circumstances, and it's hard to look up your other thread(s) using my phone.

You don't need a housing report, and I don't know why you have a letter from the sponsor's mother and brother.

Have you been working in the same job for six FULL months and earning at least £18,600pa?  What are the actual dates of your first and last pay slip and the start and end date of your bank statements?  Is there at least six FULL months of overlap between your payslips and bank statements?  Do your bank statements show all of your payslips being deposited in on the right dates?

I don't know how many photos of the two of you have, but you only need one or two, with nobody else in them, to prove that you have met in person at least once.  If you have more than this, take the extras out.

And the payslips explicitly say 1 February to 28 February, 1 March to 31 March, etc. on them?

Also, can i just include the housing report as i paid for it xD.  We had too many photos, were removing most of them. just wondering if our checklist was including everything really? Should i add biometrics confirmation under the applicant documents too?

Yes, add the biometrics confirmation...  The applicant will print it after submitting the application, then take it to the biometrics appointment where it will be scanned, and then the applicant includes the form with the rest of the application documents.

As I said, without having all of your situation in front of me, I can't be certain you have everything, but you need to satisfy:

Financial Requirement:
- payslips
- bank statements
- letter from employer
- optional contract
- option most recent P60

Relationship:
- 1 or 2 photos of just the applicant and sponsor together to prove they have met in person at least once
- marriage certificate if married and applying for a spouse visa, proof of intention to get married if applying for a fiancee visa
- divorce decrees from prior marriages, if there are any
- evidence of how the couple has kept in contact while separated, and proof of co-habitation while living together, spanning the duration of the relationship

Adequate accommodation in the UK:
- either Land Registry document or a tenancy agreement
- if renting and the applicant isn't on the lease, a letter from the landlord saying the applicant can live there.
- if living with relatives/friends, proof of their home ownership or tenancy agreement and letter(s) saying the applicant can live there and that the home won't be overcrowded.

Plus all of the application documents and receipts.
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!

8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!

14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)
