The forum has been really quiet these last few weeks. We could do with some fresh faces around here to liven things up a bit! 

Is there anyone out there lurking who would like to pop in and introduce themselves? We'd love to hear from you!

haha  Oh, dear.  I so wanted to post a "long time listener, first time caller..." response. 

But, yeah, you're right.  The forum has been really quiet lately.  Is it because of summer holidays?  Or something else?  Last year this time was when we were all excited about the Blizzard of approvals, so it seems like this is unusually quiet for this time of year.

I have to wonder if Google changed algorithms so UKY isn't showing up as often?

But *waves*. I'm still here appreciating the pets and gardening tips.

It did cross my mind that there may be fewer people wanting to make the move at this particular point in time but I really don't want to take this thread there! There is quite enough about that elsewhere!

I know things here are a bit topsy-turvy, but things in the US have some of my friends rather anxious, too (especially some who had to send their kids off to their first day of school this week).  Now that I have my choice of both countries, I'm quite happy to stay here.

Yup, it’s been quiet.  I’ve been crazy busy at work.  Finally getting some good traction and all.  Which has been nice.

I did message ksand yesterday to check she’s okay and she is.  I don’t like it when you regulars go quiet.   

Anyone else going or been on a summer holiday?  We are going back to Croatia.

Hello! I’m not new, but been slaving away working on my flr. Went briefly to the states a few weeks ago, it was NOT a good trip. I love this forum, and all the regulars and new folks.

Summer.. I'm just getting the start of that Autumn feeling already!     Noticed some of the leaves on the cherry trees turning already, yikes! 

No, no plans here.

I'm still here... I don't really feel I have much to offer this forum, so I just pop in daily to read the 'most recent posts' and chip in occasionally.  Now that I have my hound, I'm not lounging about the house as much as I used to, so my screen time has reduced a lot!
