I bank with RBS. My branch wont print them there. They have to send them.

Have you tried asking other branches? Some are better than others. If they all still refuse, you might want to think about having your pay deposited in a more visa friendly bank in preparation for your ILR application.

I bank with RBS as well and can confirm that they were...less than helpful when prepping for my spouse visa (i.e. had to request mailed statements 3 times before they actually arrived + they refused to stamp anything printed at home in branch). My husband visited 3 branches to no avail - our local one in Elgin and two down near Glasgow and got the same response.

Although I will say, I have requested a mailed statement from them a few times since I arrived and each one has arrived within 2 working days. So it's a bit of a mixed bag.

If it helps, nationwide were happy to print and stamp my statements, including an interim statement. It might be a useful resource on this forum to collate a list of the banks/building societies that are 'visa friendly' :)

My husband and I bank with Lloyds, who were always ready to help us out in branch.  On the other hand, ordering printed statements to be posted to us seemed to require quite a lead time (probably because wewere ordering six month's worth at a time!).  Your 2-day turnaround is nice!  I wouldn't mind having to have them posted if I could count on them arriving so quickly.

12x Applicant Stamped Payslips - 28/09/2018 to 30/08/2019 - Monthly

12x Sponsor Original Payslips - 31/08/2018 to 13/09/2019 - Weekly
1x Sponsor Bank statements received via post - 01/08/2018 to 03/09/2019

The sponsor's bank statements are not covering the same span as the payslips.  Payslips go to 13/09, but the bank statements end on 03/09... Are you relying on those last weekly payslips?  If so, you need an interim statement from the bank showing those wages being paid in.

Was the September 28th 2018 payslip the Applicant's first one?  If not, you should be aware that there's only 11 months (and two days) of pay shown from 28/09/18 to 30/08/19.  If you have another payslip preceding that 28/09/18 one, you should include it.*

* If your payslips show the start and end dates of the pay period, you might be fine with just 12 payslips.  But if they only show the pay date, you usually need to send 13 payslips to show 12 FULL months.  And you'll need bank statements that span the same 12 FULL months, and shows all of the wages from the payslips paying in.

Your accommodation evidence is:
- Land Registry document
- latest mortgage statement

Your relationship evidence is:
- the 6 to 12 items of correspondence sent to the two of you at the same address
- your legal marriage certificate

You do not need messages between you, photos of the two of you, etc.

For the correspondence, the items you've chosen seem to all be bank, plus one council tax.  But you have other things to choose from, so just to be sure you've got the variety of sources, see if you can get a NHS letter in there, or something.

I'm not confident about the solicitor letter, but if nothing else fits, use it.  They're really looking for utility bills, council letters/statements, NHS, government agencies (DVLA, DWP, etc.)... official sources.

Okay so get rid of the overage of payslips past the bank statement for sponsor (he has just continued to collect them.)

Get August 2018 payslip and get the bank to print off and stamp the few missing days from the end of July 2018 to August 2018 to show the full span of the payslip for Applicant.

I am going to look over the letters again tonight. They are driving me crazy. Like insanely.

If I'm reading this right, you don't need new employer letters... Your appointment is Friday, so you've already submitted and paid for your application, right?  Your applicant's employer letter is good 'til tomorrow, and your sponsor's employer letter is good 'til Friday.  If your application is already submitted, they're both in-date.  They don't have to be within 28 days of your appointment.  They have to be within 28 days BEFORE you submitted the online application and paid for it.

What date did you submit your application?  You want your most recent financial documents and the employer letters to be dated within 28 days BEFORE you submitted your online application.  I'm not sure if, when using both partner's employment, the 12 month period for payslips and bank statements needs to be the same for both of you, but I think it does.  Maybe the best way to go about this is to pick the most recent payslip for the applicant that is within 28 days before the date you submitted your online application and paid for it, then count back 12 FULL months (13 payslips).  Then include the payslips for the sponsor for that same span of time, and also bank statements for both that show the same span of time and every relied-upon wage being deposited.

Yes, you'll get a new one with a new expiry date on it.

Congratulations!  :)

Edit to add:  Don't forget to keep getting paper statements/post, etc.  You will have to apply for ILR in 30 months ,and you'll need much of the same evidence, just refreshed for then.
