Proof of address & various other questions

Hi there. Without tempting fate, waiting for delivery of passport back. Have a few questions:

What is the best route for getting proof of address for bank account etc?

Is it get BRP, apply for NI number, apply for driving license, then add to council tax/utility bills? In that order?

Anyone had positive experience with any banks making this easy?

Anything else to note as a must do upon arrival?

Get added to council tax and utilities. Check each banks website before trying to open an account to see what is acceptable proof (council tax will definitely be).
