Are all six of your official correspondence items addressed to both of you?  What are your sources?

Do include the Land Registry document.  If your spouse is the owner, all you need is the Land Registry doc and the latest mortgage statement to show it's being paid as agreed.  No need for corroborating letters from others.
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!
8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

Hi @jfkimberly!

Thank you for reviewing my long list .

Our mail evidence is,

(July 2017) - NHS letter (me), Driver&Vehicle Agency letter (spouse)

Oct 2017-John Lewis letter (joint)
Oct 2017-payslip w employer letter (me), Student Loan Company letter (spouse)

Feb 2018-bank stt (me), bank letter (spouse)

June 2018-bank stt(me), mortgage letter(spouse)

Oct 2018-utility statement (joint)

Feb 2019-utility letter (joint)

June 2019-bank savings statement (joint)

We added July 2017 evidence for good measure since we feel our Oct 2017 evidence isn’t quite to code.
We are including a letter regarding this evidence.

If I remember correctly the land registry is obtained from a website, what is the site?

We have the letters from our friend and uncle because we lived with them for a small part of the time (1.5 mos and 6 mos) during the last 2 years.

Thank you !!

Hi,

Thank you for the link.  Am I doing a download of the title registry or do I need to send off for an official copy?

Thank you

Hi,

I thought I’d add a comment to bump this,

How does the mail evidence look? Are the months covered sufficient ?

Thank you!

I received my BRP today, I am excited! The decision letter has not arrived but I assume it is close behind.  I had my biometrics appointment 6 weeks and 3 days ago.
