sausage patties at Aldi

found an 8 pack in frozen meat isle for under 2 quid! Not quite Jimmy Dean, but close enough!!

Interesting; Jimmy Dean was always my 2nd choice, after Neeces (which isn't sold in most of the US). Now I get my butcher to grind some pork and add my own seasonings to make something as close as possible to American style. I do find that the grind isn't quite small enough, but it will do, and I control what's in the mix.

I miss wegmans breakfast patties, so yummy. But that's good to know for the days I don't feel like mixing my own!

A new Wegmans just opened up in my old hometown. 30,000 people visited on opening day.
