Two nights ago, we had mashed potatoes with our dinner. I made too much (as usual). This time, instead of piling it all on our plates, slowly killing us, I put some in the 'fridge as leftovers. I just reheated the leftover mash, added some (more) butter, and then drizzled a very small bit of Bovril over it... and, holy nom, that's good!
Potatoes are amazing!
