I hope that every British person pronounces it with a hard T.  That would be hilarious.

And how long have you been gone? We had a CFA in my mall when I was 20 as I routinely ate breakfast there before work at the Cookie Co and that would have been very early 90's.

I left in 85.

Seriously, if this headline was "Popeye's opens a branch in Reading" I would be driving there now.  And I wouldn't care if the whole staff were members of ISIS, as long as it tasted like the Popeye's I remember.

Ha ha ha! I totally see that happening!

That was short-lived.

I don't know when their six months is up, but if you're in the area, get your chicken quick.  It looks like Chick Fil A will not be a UK institution.

Seems funny to me, why would they be willing to stay open?  What about equipment and people?  I guess the Oracle is going to comp the 6 months of rent?

One just opened in the Highlands (oddly, because we never get anything and it's quiet).....

I imagine it won't last long

I've never eaten at one ,but I don't really ever have fast food, so I have no intention on doing so.

I've never gotten food on my underpants!
Work permit (2007) to British Citizen (2014)

Maybe they are going to take all the equipment from the Oracle and put it on a truck to Scotland.

No offence to people living in Scotland, but why open in the middle of nowhere?  Why open at a resort call MacDonald's?   My head hurts.

What a very odd place to put a CFA. This placement makes zero sense to me.
