Have you ever lived with XXX (SPONSOR/HUSBAND) within or outside the UK?

Question:

It asks if i ever lived with my husband (who is also my sponsor) in or outside the UK. I have stated on the application all the times I visited the UK, one time I stayed 4 months, one time 3 weeks, and one time 4 months.

Should I also state again here the aforementioned 3 times and state where we lived each time I visited and for how long? Even though I was a tourist each of these times?

He also visited me in the US several times and stayed with me in my apartment and we traveled to a few countries together for tourism.

Should I also include all those times he visited me in the US as well as the times we visited other countries together as "times/places we lived together" and mention each of these places and dates?

I am confused if this counts as "living together" although he or I were just visiting, or when we traveled for tourism abroad together. I dont know if these all count as "living together".

In those instances  you were not living together, just visiting. So the answer would be NO, you have not lived together.

You weren't living with your husband during those times, because you were just visiting on a tourist visa... you were not legally living in the same country as him.

So, your answer to the question about whether you have ever lived together should be NO. And your reason for not having lived together will be that you live in different countries and cannot legally live together yet.

This is a perfectly normal answer for the visa application, because they are not expecting you to have been able to live together yet.

If you say YES to living together, you are then required to produce evidence of living together, in the form of tenancy agreements, bank statements, utility bills etc... but you can't get those things as a visitor, because you were not legally living in the UK.
