The exact dates on the pay slips are the 30th of every month from June to November 2019.

I forgot to mention we do have the letter of permission!

I don't think we have any letters since we were in contact online mostly when living in separate countries. I believe I sent my husband 1 card in the past but he hasnt found it. If he does, he will include it.

I have my current and previous passport.

We have never lived together. I asked this question before if when he visited me in the US or when i visited the UK (1 time staying 4 months, 1 time 5 months and a third time 3 weeks) counted as "living together" and I was told by yourself and Ksand24 that these do not count as living together. So I stated on the application (which we submitted last night and paid all fees) that we never lived together.

We've both never been married before. Our marriage to each other is our first marriage.

Most of our contact is through whatsapp. We did have some video call pictures from messenger and skype, and I included those as well! We also have call logs from Facetime on our macbooks, however, these do not show a timestamp, just outgoing and incoming calls. Should we still include these?

We also have messages from iMessage on our macbooks which we are include screenshots of. Any suggestion on how much to include from this medium? (Ive done 3 years of whatsapp messages and it took a REALLY long time. Several days to be exact, because messages so far back like that take a long time to load up, etc).

Does everything so far seem OK? I will post a new update of my final checklist before my biometrics again.

Thank you Larrabee :)

In total, that means you will need the following payslips and bank statements, for the 6-month period from May 31st to November 30th:
Payslips:
1. May 30th
2. June 30th
3. July 30th
4. Aug 30th
5. Sep 30th
6. Oct 30th
7. Nov 30th

Bank statements
1. May 27 -June 26th (showing transactions from May 27th-June26th)... it must explicitly cover the May payslip deposit
2. June 27 -July 26th
3. July 27 - Aug 26th
4. Aug 27 - Sept 26th
5. Sept 27 - Oct 26th
6. Oct 27 - Nov 26th
7. partial statement printed by the bank covering Nov 27-Nov 30th (or to present date if printed after Nov 30th) and showing the Nov payslip deposit

As ksand24 said earlier in this thread, you also need to provide the May 30th payslip and corresponding bank statement, to cover a full 6 month period.

Thank you Buratta!

We have pay slips from April 30th, so I'll be sure to include the may 30th one!

I just want to know if everything else I mentioned in my message seems to be OK.

Do you have Skype/FaceTime call logs, as well as WhatsApp messages? We submitted WhatsApp messages (a couple a month) for the duration of the relationship, and then did the same but with Skype call logs. When you say you have video call pictures, do you mean screenshots of the two of you, or screenshots of the date/time of the call? If the former, they don’t need to see those.

Yes! I have all that I included in the message:

-screenshots from whatsapp messages - 2 per month for the past 3 years
-call logs from whatsapp showing call lengths and dates (whatsapp only goes as far back as 5 or 6 months i believe, in showing call logs)
-screenshots from messenger, whatsapp, and skype video calls with call button showing and both of us on video

We mostly used Whatsapp and continue to do so. We also have messages from iMessage and call logs on Facetime, however, these (facetime ones) do not show time stamps. Both were on the macbook.

You didn’t mention WhatsApp call logs and that’s what I was asking about (at least you haven’t in this particular thread, anyway). If you had the video calls on Skype, then haven’t you also got the corresponding log on the Skype platform? You don’t need to show screenshots of you actually on the video call, they just need to see the dates/times of the calls.

I have our skype chat history for the past couple years or so, I think the years prior were deleted. The call logs arent all there on a call log screen, rather in between thousands of messages. How do you suggest I show that?

Besides proof of contact, does everything else look OK? I'll post an update as to what we have very soon for an updated checklist.

Thank you!

Ours was easier to avoid messages because we didn’t really text on there, but we had a couple of pages of screenshots that looked like this

And yes, everything else looks good so far I think.

Thank you for showing me this. Ours is not like this, we mostly used Skype for messages, and whatsapp for messages and calls.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST!
« Reply #39 on: December 02, 2019, 09:56:24 PM »
If any Experts on this forum can take a look and let me know if everything seems good to go for submitting please:  :)

DOCUMENTS SPONSOR WILL TAKE INTO A WALK-IN CENTER IN UK:

-Copy of Application
-Copy of bio page of sponsor's passport (certified)
-Husband's 6 months of wage slips: from May 2019 to November 2019, dated every 30th of the month.
-Husband's bank statements: we have bank statements that came in the mail, starting 16th February till 15th October (We have extra, so will have to shorten), then we have 2 additional months printed at the branch and stamped for all of October and up to 29th November.

-Sponsor Letter
-Marriage Certificate
-Employment Letter
-Letter from Sponsor's parent's saying we can stay in their home
-Certified copy of husband's bio page of passport as well certified copies of stamped pages - both dated 12th November (i.e., certified on this day)

-Property Report
-Land Registry: we also included my husband's mother and father's bio page of passport since the house is under their name.

-Screenshots of chats (3 years worth; 2 each month) and all about 6 months of call logs between husband I on WhatsApp (that is all I am able to retrieve)
-Screenshots from chats and calls on Skype
-Personal Pictures of our marriage and trips we took together
-Printed copies of "online booking receipts" for our travels to see each other or trips we took together

Documents like letter from parents and sponsor letter are dated and signed BY HAND -- is this OK? Or they must be dated and signed on computer as well?

DOCUMENTS I (APPLICANT) WILL SEND TO NEW YORK UKVI AFTER MY BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT:

-My current and old passport
-My biometrics sheet stamped (after I attend appointment)
-Priority service receipt
-IHS payment proof
-Everything will be sent through UPS, including UPS return shipping label inside of envelope, with the word PRIORITY written on envelope in big letters.

Is there anything missing? Any suggestions?

Thank you all!!

You mention a wage slip dated Nov 30th, but your bank statements stop at Nov 29th.  So do the bank statements not show the Nov pay going into the account?

Yes, they do show it because it went in on the 26th. I have stamped statements from the bank, I just could not get them mailed out.

If any experts can please check my checklist and let me know if everything looks good, I'd really appreciate it!

Thank you all so much!!

Im shipping my passport and few docs/sheets to NYC. God willing, everything goes well!

I wanted to ask if it is required for the UPS return shipping label to be 1 day air? I was told this by someone about a month ago but haven't found any confirmation.

Thanks!

Not an expert like some here, but a definite enthusiast :) your document list looks good to me, although this split "sponsor can send documents directly from the UK" side is pretty new to me. You look like you have all the bases covered.

For the record, when we did our original fiancée visa almost five years ago, we used a FedEx waybill which was unacceptable, but they let us know and gave us the option to purchase a UPS one (which we did). I think my point here is, if there's something up with the shipping, they'll probably let you know and you can rectify it :)
