The spouse visa only asks about speeding tickets if there are 3 or more. Now, while I don't think that I have 3 speeding tickets (I have 2), I have had a number of random minor vehicle citations. However, my official driving record only shows 2 things. Is it best to disclose incidents, even if they aren't available on my record? I don't want to get slapped with Deception down the road. I don't like to imagine filling up my cover letter or my application with a number of explanations for minor vehicle things, some of which are so silly that at minimum they require a paragraph of explaining. And of course only 2 things made it on my driving record. Should I even bother explaining the things on my driving record in the cover letter, or only provide the explanations required by the application?
Wish that the application gave more guidance on this.
Thank you.
