Biometrics appointment in US question
« on: December 10, 2019, 07:51:31 AM »
I have all of my documents uploaded and my last step is attending my biometrics appointment in the US....I think

I have done biometrics before when getting a visitor visa, is this the exact same process?

I have this "document checklist" document and at the bottom it has a place for signatures, do I need them to sign this as the "submission officer" or is this document not needed because I uploaded my own documents? Or does this checklist document go to New York?

the bottom looks like this....

after I am done the biometrics, do I need to scan and upload the receipt online like the rest of my documents or does that just go to New York?

am I only sending my passport and the biometrics receipt to New York? I don't include any of the documents I've uploaded like bank statements etc. ?

@dc328 I have the EXACT same question, and I'm so confused by this document!

What did you end up doing with this document? Can anyone else who's gone through the process recently shed light on what to do with this checklist?
